2. Pick two cases that relate to the “stop” in the stop and frisk context and give a detailed summary of the case and explain how that case is important to the definition of stop. The cases to choose from are: United States v. Mendenhall, Florida v. Royer, Rhonda v. Rodriquez, Michigan v. Chestnut, California v. Hodari, and Florida v. Bostick. Students will have to do some research on the internet, as well as look for information in our textbook to address these questions.
