On the O*net home page select. “I want to be a …..” Then select “I’m not sure”. This will take you to the Interest Profiler. Follow instructions and answer the 60 questions. When you finish, you will get a set of RIASEC scores based on your responses. Discuss and write 200 words about this website and include the results of your RIASEC scores. What is your personality type? Do you agree? Give examples that support this finding or state why you disagree. Be sure to include your RIASEC scores and discussion.
Job Zone and Level of Education. Another part of the assessment is to select a job zoneor level of education and training you want to receive. Now, you will get a list of careers recommended for you based on both your RIASEC scores and job zones. Careers are also categorized by Bright Outlook, Green, or Certified Apprenticeship. You may want to consider these categories. Be sure to explore and read all the careers that are suggested for you. What RIASEC areas, job zones, and specific careers are of interest to you?
