The Co-Production of Health is a relative new strategy for population health managers as the relationship is not a typical referral situation and financial reimbursement is negotiated with a third-party vendor. The Coproduction of Health Decision-Making Pathway described in this chapter is a step-by-step check list for determining when and what services might be appropriate for collaboration. The checklist even includes a two steps directly related to defining outcomes.
For this assignment, you may select one of two options as presented below. Each option requires an application of the checklist. For option A – you are evaluating the results from a co-production of health initiative – Babies First!. For option B- you can answer the questions as you conceptually OUTLINE (not a full report) a proposed co-production of health initiative. Pick only ONE option!
