Ownership, take upon my-self to acquire the knowledge and skills the residency program has to offered
Sense of responsibility: understand that I will transition from a student to a licensed pharmacist and have to be responsible for my actions. Take responsible for my errors and find ways to prevent them from happening again
Self-aware and reflective- recognize my gaps, improve on them and turn to preceptor when need guidance and reinforcement

GOAL AFTER RESDIENCY?
Long-term: continue to build up on experience and skill, apply what I learn from residency into my practice as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital setting.
