Select a topic that interests you, or that you would like to learn more about. Afterwards, do some research, perhaps in one of our library’s databases. Wikipedia can sometimes point you in the right direction, but should not be a reference itself; be sure your sources are credible. Write two double-spaced pages about the topic you chose to research. Briefly describe to me its history and development over the years (some of these customs go back a long way). Also, does your family participate in the custom you chose? If so, what form does it take? If not, what do you do instead? Be sure to cite your sources appropriately! You don’t need tons of sources, but try to have at least two or three, not just one. Include a works cited page as well.
