For your final essay, I’d like you to reflect on this question–your response should be approximately two double-spaced pages long and in MLA format:
Please reflect on the things you have learned or practiced as a writer over these six short weeks? How has your writing grown? Where do you feel more confident? What are the next steps for you? (I highly encourage students to enroll in English 1B–we have lots of data to show that students do better who take 1B right after 1A.) You may also want to explore the question of what good writing is to you, and give examples from your work this summer.
