The report should address the main goals of the experiment:
1.) Determine if the wild type allele (dpy-3+
) is dominant or recessive to mutant dumpy (dpy-3-)
2.) If the dpy-3 gene is located on the X chromosome (aka is it sex linked)
3.) Determine the phenotype ratio and genotype of the F2 generation
4.) Test with a χ
