Describe what is happening in your community and why it is important to carry out this project. Provide research or statistics that demonstrate the need for your project.

C1. Please provide a brief summary of your project including an explanation of what the project is, an overview of the activities and who will be affected by them and an indication of what it is that you want to change.
C2. Project Objectives. Please state your project’s objectives and anticipated outcomes. The objectives must be results-based, measurable, time-limited and achievable and should identify what you expect to achieve by the end of the project. For each objective indicate what results you expect to achieve that will indicate success. Outline your anticipated outputs i.e. quantitative measures (number of people reached, materials distributed, etc. and qualitative measures (skills and knowledge acquired, improvements made etc.) that demonstrate the impact of your project.
