Projection
Leadership doesn’t come from your position in the company but from you, period. It comes from the decisions you make that impact your sphere of influence when you’re facing the “frontline” in your life. The frontline is a decision point to act or to avoid, to speak up or to remain silent, to help or to hinder. Leadership is a choice.
