The paper should contain a detailed literature review of the sources identified. The literature review should capture how resilience is defined and measured. It should identify antecedents to resilient behavior, or in other words, what causes someone to demonstrate resilience. It should theme how resilience is demonstrated by individuals and communities and what factors help them to have resilience or the lack thereof. There should also be a section specifically dedicated to resilience amongst minorities. Additionally, this paper should contain a literature review table included at the end of the lit review in an abbreviated manner.
