Paper Criteria:
1. Discuss the facts of the case.
2. Examine the legal background of such disputes. For example, the paper may
illustrate the background of patent law in an IP dispute.
3. Determine the legal issue of the case.
4. Determine the relevant rule of Law
5. Provide your analysis. Please include at least two legal cases which side with the
plaintiff and two legal cases which side with the defendant.
6. Provide your conclusion.
